All I can say is YUM!  This recipe just tastes too good to be HEALTHY.  But yep, it sure is and makes an amazing snack, chopped up as a topping, or finely crushed as a crust.  In our house, it's a staple item to have in the pantry.  Try it with pecans, almonds, walnuts, cashews, or a combination of your favorites.
