I wrote "Healthy Habits for Kids" to help kids all over the world to learn healthy habits from a kid's perspective.  Because learning healthy habits can be fun, and lasts a lifetime.  I want kids to know that just because they are kids, doesn't mean they can't make an impact on the world.
